What exactly do you deliver?

We deliver custom-labeled 16oz Pop-Style Event Bottles of aguas frescas—ready to display or drink.Choose a package
(40/120/240) or go custom.

Do you provide dispensers or self-serve setups?

No. We’re a bottled,
grab-and-go service.No dispensers,
no refills, no setup.

What’s the minimum order?

40 bottles minimum
(2 sets of 20).One flavor per set of 20.

How does custom labeling work?

After you place your order, you’ll receive a label mockup for approval.You can use:
• our original labels (free),
• your own design,
• or use one of our templates.

Can you design the label for me?

Yes. We offer in house templates which can be customized based on your theme colors and we can add your logo to the label.(Design fees may apply.)

How long does it take?

Standard turnaround is 7 days after label approval.Rush orders are available.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes. Rush is available:
• 24 hours with our original label
• 72 hours after label approvalRush includes a 40% fee on the total (including delivery).

Are the drinks delivered cold?

Yes—choose delivered cold in coolers for a photo-ready display or a ready-to-drink agua fresca.Room temperature pickup is also available.

Do you pick up the coolers after the event?

No. We use disposable coolers, so there’s no post-event pickup required.Client keeps disposable coolers.

What’s the delivery area and fee?

We stand behind the details: breakage replacement and print/color accuracy are covered—just notify us immediately upon delivery.

Yes. That’s the point—our bottles are designed to look intentional, cohesive, and camera-ready with your event style.

How do I reserve my date?

Start with the Request a Quote form. We’ll send a mockup + exact quote within 24 hours.Your date is reserved once the label is approved and deposit is paid.
